of Mugello to your plate
Our Organic Farm in Mugello extends through the valley and includes 120 hectares of hilly landscape with 1000 olive trees and about one hectare of potatoes ranging from purple, to the red desiree to the yellow monnalisa.
While the height of our hills allows us to grow every year 12 hectares of spelt Dicocco and wheat Antico Verna, that we turn into low in gluten flour used to make bread and fresh pasta for the guests of our restaurant La Fornace de' Medici.

Our family bought the estate in 1978, over the years we converted it into an organic farm and we invested in the meticulous renovations of the various buildings present on the Estate, giving birth to a hospitality business. Conviviality and courtesy have always been important values for our family and have influenced the decision to open the farm Le Colline del Paradiso.
